人生を、遊覧するように暮らしたい。
愉しい日も、沈んでしまう日も、平等に、小さな舟から眺めるように。前に進んでいるときもあれば、景色のほうが流れていくときもある。その違いは、はっきりとはわからない。人生は、美しいフィルム。ただ、それがほどけていく様子を見つめている。

これは、故郷から遠く離れて移り住んだこのまちで、生活に溶け込みながらも、いつまでも遠くを旅している途中のような、そんな日々を綴っていく手記です。

I want to live as if I am voyaging through life—
the joyful days and the sinking ones, all seen from the same small boat. Sometimes I move forward, and sometimes the scenery moves past me; I cannot always tell the difference. Life is a beautiful film. I simply watch it slowly unfold.

This is a journal written in the town I moved to, far from my hometown— a record of days lived while blending into daily life,
yet always feeling as though I am still on a distant journey.
